A little about mateFactory

Before we came to the production market, China could already sew huge volumes of clothing and knitwear, but local factories seriously suffer from European dimensions and interaction with clients.

The beginning of the way
In 2023, we decided to close the niche and create a factory that will make quality clothes with European service standards.In addition to finding the premises, we studied the experience of Chinese workers and local working conditions.
From the idea to reality
Soon we found a suitable production, acquired it and started work: we updated the work scheme of workshops, replaced employees from other provinces for local, hired technologists to work with samples and production control and took the first orders for sale.
Achievements and plans for the future
Today, our factory is 32 employees and up to 200 orders per month. We cooperate with small customers and with large European companies. To improve production, we constantly purchase more powerful equipment and increase the capacity of the factory.
Merger of European and Asian approaches
Local leaders are accustomed to working according to Asian standards unusual for us, so Mate has formed tandem from European and Chinese owners - the first is responsible for the service, and the second for organizing production.
